For anything about your child's records — attendance, belt rank, payments or class schedule — your school is the fastest route. They own those records and can change them immediately; we cannot change them on their behalf.
You don't — your school sends the invitation. There is no sign-up screen in the app on purpose: accounts are linked to the children your school has on file, so the school creates them. Ask your school to send you an invite; it arrives by email or text with a setup link and a short code.
Invite codes are valid for 14 days. Ask your school to send a new one.
Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. It expires in 60 minutes and can be used once. Your school can also send you a reset from their side.
The check-in card appears on the Home tab when one of your children has a class starting soon. Tap Check in and they are marked present. If the card isn't showing, the class is outside its check-in window — each school sets how early and how late check-in stays open.
Open the Book tab, choose a session, and pick how to pay — a deposit, the full amount, or cash at the school. Card payments open your school's secure Square checkout in your browser; FlowHQ never sees your card details. If you choose cash, your spot is held and you pay at the front desk.
Contact your school. Attendance, ranks, class schedules, instructor feedback and payments are all entered by the school, and the app shows exactly what they have.
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your parent-app login and signs out every device. Your children's school records belong to the school and are not deleted by this — contact your school if you want those removed.
