Delete your FlowHQ Parent account

You can delete your FlowHQ Parent login at any time, and you do not need a reason. There are two ways to do it.

1. In the app (immediate)

Open FlowHQ Parent and go to Profile → Delete my account. The deletion happens straight away and signs you out of every device.

2. By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@metesishq.com from the email address you use to sign in, and ask us to delete your account.

We ask you to write from that address because it is how we confirm the request is really yours — we will not delete an account on someone else's say-so. If you cannot use that address any more, say so in your message and we will find another way to verify you.

We reply within one business day and complete deletions within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login: your email address and your hashed password.
Every signed-in session, on every device.
Any registered device used for notifications.
Any notes you wrote about your own child in the app.
This month's app usage records, where your school had usage logging switched on. Earlier ones are not stored against you in the first place — they carry a scrambled code that is permanently disconnected from real people at the end of each month, so there is nothing in them left to find or remove.
Suggestions you sent are kept but stripped of your name, so your school can still act on what you told them without holding anything that points back to you.

What is not deleted, and why

Your children's school records stay with the school. Their attendance, belt rank, class schedule and payment history belong to the school, not to us — the school needs them to run its classes and its billing, and other guardians linked to the same child may rely on them. Deleting your login removes your access; it does not erase the school's records.

To have those records erased, contact your school directly. They own them and can act on that request; we cannot make that decision for them.

Payment and transaction history is part of that. App stores describe a general right to ask for things like transaction history to be deleted, so to be clear about how that works here: the payments you see in the app are your school's own record of what it charged you and what you paid. Your school keeps them for its accounts and tax obligations, the same as a paper receipt book, and deleting your login does not erase them. What we delete is your access and everything the app itself gathered about you — your login, your sessions and devices, your notes, and your usage records.

A photo you added of your child is part of that child's school record and stays with the school, like their attendance and rank. If you would rather it were gone, remove it in the app before you delete your account (your child's profile → tap the photo → Remove), or ask your school to remove it.

Suggestions you sent anonymously were never linked to you in the first place, so there is nothing in them to find you by and nothing to remove.
